TV for sale

Postby sarahmagee on Fri Feb 27, 2009 4:46 pm

Hello everybody.

I have a TV going spare. Can't remember what size screen (lets say neither big nor small), flat screen, quite bulky because 4 years old but not ridiculous and not heavy. Silver. If you have been to my flat you have seen the TV. Perfect working order. Remote control. Bought new 4 years ago and only been used by me. Has 2 scart sockets in the back. Digital compatible. I have a 6 month old freeview box too which I no longer need also with remote control.

TV = £20, collect only. First shout to the mountaineering club before I put it on gumtree.
Freeview box = £10.

Contact me in the usual ways, or see you down the pub.

sounds like a bargain for a flat screen TV to me? I'm gonna try and get that for my ancient seventies retro TV...possibly in vain!

just to be clear - the screen is flat, the tv is most definitely NOT flat, it is a big box. But Sarah, you've seen it of course. Do you want it? You're welcome to drive up and collect it from Wales! Come and stay with us for a few days :)

Ha, I see...I thought it seemed a bit cheap! I currently have three TVs, one retro seventies which I quite like but is useless in terms of a picture, a cheap one with an integrated dvd which I couldn't get to work and a super cool samsung flat screen one with dvd and video which my sister has lent to me as she has no room... so I don't think I need another! Thanks!
