Each one pray and offer sacrifice to his/her personal entity of devotion for this new forecast to be true!

Andy, I know what I said wasn't relevant to this weekend, I just thought maybe there should be some note of what's needed so that if we do ever go to a bothy or hut where such amenities aren't laid on we don't end up with everyone taking turns on the one trangia because the new people didn't know they'd need one.

Stuart did a rather good selection of curry dishes (for which the climbers arrived just in time), and there were a couple of other smaller groups who turned up later so there was a bit of a discussion as to who was intending doing what, what it was like up there, and whether a bunch of four jokers thought they could do the Carn Mor Dearg - Ben Nevis traverse in a raging cross-wind with no real winter kit. Then more drinks and random talking with two out of three of a group of army types looking to do something similar. Sunday morning, more good food, this time from Adrian and Katie, then some went for a walk to Steall falls while the rest went straight to Fort William.
