Do we have a driver to volunteer for this weekend at all?

I asked Reuben today at the wall at HW and he said he'll be going.

Yay. I'm coming too - any volunteers to get me from Leith to HW for 8.30??

I learned more power chords this evening! Probably means I can now play Nirvana songs.

Katie Ward Nowt. See hill. Walk up. Walk back down. Have climbed many a munro in various weather conditions

See the sign up sheet - I didn't write that last bit. What goes on?

And 'nowt' might be a lie. Walking axe may be needed.

We really should find ourselves a spare driver, Reuben seems to be getting all the work. And/or we should all get together and get him a big thank-you Christmas present from the club.
I would volunteer to drive, but as I don't even have a car licence I don't think the Sports Union would let me.

We're actually doing lots better for driver this year than the previous 2 (Last year I'm pretty sure 80% of trips went ahead purely because Reuben drove...)

The reason Reuben is driving a lot is either because he loves trips and is thus on many, or else he realises that none of the other drivers are out at the weekends (I'll be doing my part, but only from the end of March)

If you're 21 and have had your license for 3 years, ask us how you can drive!

This weekend's Driver

I don't think that Reuben will be going this weekend. I have a feeling he'll be in Aviemore.....

Other drivers?
Florian, John P, Stephen Fey?

Ahh yes, he must have forgotten when I spoke to him last night....

I think Stuart can drive too. I could do it very quietly if you like?

What I wrote was altered too, and I was the first person in the list yesterday, while now I'm the tenth and a certain "EXAMPLE" appeared in the first place. What's going on indeed?

And now Craig appears in the place of "EXAMPLE", with new text in each field. What are you up to, Andy? :?

I'm merely passing on messages....

Seriously, absolutely none of this wonderful surprise is my work (and there has been much work)

Did that work include setting up the drivers for the rest of the season? And who's TBC, by the way?

Is there anyone planning to visit the kit shed tomorrow morning? I couldn't get there to pick up stuff today (club photo for Archery which I almost completely forgot about), so I don't have crampons, ice-axe, or map. I know which particular ones I'd be aiming for, so if there isn't anyone using the shed anyway tomorrow I can easily pick the stuff up on Sunday morning, it's just that it would save having to rearrange the bag on the bus to accommodate spiky bits of metal.
