You get that kind of message sometimes when publishing a new post or topic.
This is due to a synchronization delay between servers.

If it happens to you, I suggest you don't try posting the same thing again and go have a coffee instead in order to give the servers time to synchronize with each other. Otherwise you'll end up with 2 or 3 times the same posts.

Synchronizing seems to be a big issue with our host but luckily we are not affected that much down here.

The same thing happen when you delete a post. You delete one but it is still there. Again, just wait. It will disappear eventually.

We are not paying for this service so it is a bit hard to complain to the service provider. Not much I can do about that I'm afraid.
