I was speaking to Gav Cox and he says some of the Club is doing river race aswell as the canoe club which is who I'm doing it with.
Just wondering who was all doing it and how they were planning on getting there cause I'm having real trouble getting there?

Hey folks hows the bumps and bruises from the weekend?? I'm still feeling mine.
Whats the news on Liam? Guessing that he didn't have spinal injury? ... Still sounded pretty nesty what happened to him (He got a bad hit on the side of his head. Good job we got helmets).
Also I was looking at the no fuss website, the results are up and found some stuff from the event... Don't think I see anyone from the club but it's a good watch:
