Does anyone know who to talk to about the HWU minibuses and if it might be possible to use them or other HW buses for research activities? also who owns them the university/union/sports union

Try contacting Lorraine Loy. I think they are owned by estates. As I am sure you are aware you need to do an assesment for the minibus so it might be easier to hire a big car.
