guidebook

Can anyone let me into the gear shed?
I would like to borrow a guide book, I think the club has one that covers some of Stanage and maybe Northumberland. I'm going to be heading down that way the next couple of weekends and maybe there is a chance to do some climbing...

You need to get in touch with Aaron I guess, as I imagine he's the only one still around who can get a key. Or Reuben. Or just ask at the desk.

I can - I'll just need to go home first for my sledgehammer.

Seriously, Jon - I've got Peak Gritstone East and On Peak Rock - I'm at the cinema tonight at 6pm so I'll be home by 9pm if that's any use and you want to borrow them.

I did have the super-dooper new Stanage guide too, but someone at my work has borrowed it and is now too stressed with the pressure of their work to remember to bring it in for me. Answers on a postcard please, for suggestions as to how I can remedy this situation while remaining friends with this person.

Thanks guy's.
Mike - maybe you could lend me the guide book sometime next week if we go climbing somewhere? It's starting to look unlikely that we will get any climbing done this weekend.

I think I bought that book for the club a while back but if it is not in the gear shed there are two possibilities, firstly it may have gone for a wonder and not returned, secondly I could be going senile and didn't actually buy it!
