Yes - Tiso's resoled my Scarpa SLs sometime ago, but these guys will do this too, and resole rock shoes if that's what you're after: http://www.cheshireshoe.co.uk/

i got two pairs of climbing shoes repaired at "feet first" - http://www.feetfirst.resoles.co.uk/
I believe they do boot sole repairs as well. come with my recommendation.
